I strive to have outstanding customer service and want my customers to be happy. I have grown my business from word of mouth and I would have never been able to do that with awful service it's what helps me stand out from the rest.
I also make, paint, check, package, and ship each item myself. This is how I am able to maintain quality products I do not ship out an item I would not be happy receiving. So rest assure your items are personally checked by me. Again once it leaves me I cannot guarantee the shipper will be as careful, so if there are any issues please contact me and allow my to resolve before leaving any negative reviews I am more than willing to make things right if any problems so arise.
