SHIPPING POLICY
All of my items are made to order and will ship out 5-7 days after order is placed. I will provide tracking once item is shipped. Of course some items may be faster and around holiday time production time will be longer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to all of my items being custom made I do not accept returns. Please double check your spelling and words on customized items because they will be made just as they are sent to me. If an item is damaged due to shipping the item will be replaced after proof is send (pictures of damaged item and damaged item must sent back)
